Step 1: Free Property Management Consultation

Step 2: Preparing Properties for the Market

Our consultation includes a full list of the upgrades and maintenance you should perform to have your property rented as soon as feasible and for the best price.

Step 3: Advertising Your Property

With years of expertise in house advertising, our team has one of the most prominent websites in the Raleigh area. Your house will be advertised with Raynor Realty Property Management on our well-known website, the conventional MLS, other real estate websites, and anyplace else online where prospective tenants could be searching. Our knowledgeable staff will respond to any questions you have about your property promptly in our office. Raynor Realty will also handle all showings and accept/screen all applications until the ideal renter is found.

Step 4: Tenant Screening

All prospective tenants will undergo a thorough credit, background, and job check after completing our rental application. We will also confirm recommendations from prior landlords. Raynor Realty's staff will make every effort to ensure that the renters selected for your home are reliable.

Step 5: Lease Execution

Our team wholly made of real estate investors and fellow experts in landlord-tenant law in North Carolina have created and reviewed our lease. To maintain accuracy with any changes to the law, the lease is reviewed on a regular basis.

Step 6: Walkthrough & Move-in

To save you time, one of our agents will perform a comprehensive walk-through before the renter moves in, and we'll ask them to note the home's current condition. These steps will assist us in making sure your property is in the same condition when the tenant vacates.

Step 7: Maintenance & Rent Collection

Raynor Realty oversees all rent collection, and we'll take care of evictions if needed. Additionally, our staff works with you to schedule any necessary maintenance or repairs.
